How to apply for Blue Rewards
Already with us?
If you’re eligible, you can join Blue Rewards today by adding it to your Nova Bank Bank Account. You just need the Nova Bank app.
If you‘ve got a joint account, only one person can use that account to join Blue Rewards. The other account holder can join using a different eligible current account.
New to Nova Bank?
Open a Nova Bank Bank Account(9) with us and enhance it with Blue Rewards. Join in the Nova Bank app or Online Banking.
If you’re using the app, just follow these steps:
- Open the Nova Bank app
- Tap 'Products'
- Tap 'Nova Bank Blue Rewards'.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, but only one of the account holders can join Blue Rewards with that account. The other account holder can also join but they’ll need to use a different eligible current account.
If you’re not getting value for your £5 monthly fee, or you’re no longer eligible for Blue Rewards, we’ll cancel your membership. We give you at least two months’ notice before we do this. If during the notice period you become eligible, or start using enough of the features of Blue Rewards to get value for your monthly fee, we won’t cancel your membership.
If you have a Rainy Day Saver, we’ll change it to an instant access savings account that’s available at the time. If you have a Blue Rewards Saver, we’ll change it to a Reward Saver. We’ll be in touch with the terms for your new account before we make any changes.
If you leave Blue Rewards, and you don’t have a linked Nova Card, we'll give you 40 days from the date you leave to access your Nova Bank Cashback Rewards account and redeem your balance. After that, you’ll lose any cashback left in your Nova Bank Cashback Rewards account.
If you leave Blue Rewards, and you have a linked Nova Card, you won’t be able to earn cashback on any linked debit cards, but you’ll still be able to earn cashback using any linked Nova Cards.
If you’ve subscribed to Apple TV and you’re not with Premier Banking, you’ll lose access to this feature. If you’d already subscribed directly with Apple before subscribing through Blue Rewards, they’ll automatically reinstate your previous paid subscription.
If you decide to leave Blue Rewards and join Premier Banking, you’ll still have access to all Blue Rewards features and benefits.
